Payment

• All payments must be made in advance through our secure booking platform (Topmate)
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as available
• Prices are displayed in both INR and USD for your convenience
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Scheduling

• Consultations are scheduled through our booking platform
• We accommodate all major US time zones (ET, CT, MT, PT, etc.)
• Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice
• Sessions are conducted via Zoom, Skype, or phone as agreed

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Client Cancellation: Cancel with 24+ hours notice for rescheduling. No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment.
• Our Cancellation: If we must cancel, you'll receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
• No-Shows: Clients who don't attend scheduled sessions forfeit their payment.
• Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent the session, we'll reschedule at no additional cost.

All content, methodologies, and materials provided during consultations are the intellectual property of Arkah Astro and Pooja Pandey. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkah Astro and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For US clients, any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable US consumer protection laws and international arbitration standards.
